After learning of the rapper’s arrest, Natania Reuben, an African American woman, went public in the hopes of obtaining justice. She alleged that Diddy had sexually assaulted her in a nightclub in New York City.
When Natania Reuben went thru the best nightmare of her life in December 1999, she become most probably twenty or twenty-five years old.The rapper and his then-girlfriend, Jennifer Lopez, had also attended Club New York in Manhattan.
Natania Reuben and the other three victims were all injured when the brawl broke out. Reuben later told the reporters that the rapper Diddy was the one who had shot her. She had bullets all over her head.
The rapper, however, refuted every accusation, declaring in the media that “I had nothing to do with a sh**ting under any circumstances whatsoever.” I didn’t have a g*n on me that night, and I don’t own one. In this club, I had nothing to do with a sh**ting.
Almost twenty-five years have passed since the tragedy, and Natania Reuben is now married and a mother of three. Still, she waits for justice since the past never truly goes away.
“It was one of the best days ever,” remarks Natania Reuben upon learning of Diddy’s arrest.
Rapper Sean John Combs, better acknowledged via his level as Diddy, changed into arrested on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, in a New York City hotel on suspicion of trafficking and racketeering. He was informed that Natania Reuben had regained her long-lost hope of receiving justice.
In a recent interview that was released on Wednesday, September 18, she said to the Daily Beast that when her teenage daughter Nirvana revealed the news to her, she initially did not think it was true.
Nirvana states, “I said, ‘Are you kidding me, really?'” after sharing the news. Yes, [my daughter] said. I simply exclaimed, “Thank you, merciful father!” to God.
“One of the best days ever,” she continues, beaming with relief and delight.
Even though Natania was unable to obtain justice for what had occurred to her in 1999, she believes that the latest charges against Diddy may eventually result in justice, even though it may not be in her specific case.
Her optimism was short-lived, though, as rapper Diddy has entered a not guilty plea to all charges and may soon be set free.
