Amaury Guichon started his culinary career in 2005 at the young age of 14, and he has since worked at several high-end restaurants. At the age of 21, he was appointed executive pastry chef at Hugo & Victor Patisserie and Chocolaterie in Paris, France.
His career took off after this moment of glory, and the chocolate purveyor relocated to Las Vegas, USA, where he taught masterclasses and worked as a private consultant.
Then, in 2021, Amaury hosted the School of Chocolate Netflix original series, in which competitors had to make intricate chocolate sculptures.
